Irie Yoga is the unification of the heart, mind, body and soul through breath, movement and awareness. Iris teaches a core centered, energy driven class designed to teach alignment through creative and sometimes challenging sequencing. Alignment is presented to support the flow of Energy Currents. Inversions and arm balances are presented as a way of integrating the core and developing strength with modifications for all levels. Iris also teaches restorative yoga and yoga for the aging body.
