After a year and a half an opportunity to grow my studio/class sizes presented itself and I moved for another year and a half to another beautiful spot. During this time I had the opportunity to work with Katerina Wen and Shiva Rea. Irie Yoga evolving: including the alignment base of Anusara and the flo of Vinyasa... All Good! As life would have it, the owner of the home decided to sell. Perfect timing, of course, as all is.

I moved my classes to the Ashland Yoga Center and enjoyed teaching in a public setting for another year and a half. I enjoyed living simply in a dome by Ashland Creek. Riding my bike, being with the beautiful people of Ashland, Oregon and produced my two DVD's.

Two years in a row Snow stayed on the ground in Ashland for a week and I realized I needed a warmer climate. The year before the snow stayed I had the opportunity to visit my youngest daughter, Glory, in St. John's in the USVI. Perfect! The year of the second snow staying, Glory, decided to move to St. Croix, USVI and I decided to join her. Sold my simple life, sent boxes and started a new life: Massage at the Buccaneer and Yoga Classes out of my home evolved to the Kalima Center in Christiansted. I continued teaching yoga teacher trainings as well. St. Croix treated me well and I loved the water the weather and the farmers market as well as many beautiful people. I also enjoyed a vacation with my daughter to the beautiful Island of Dominiaca were folks live in a very natural way. 365 rivers and more tropical than St. Croix. Pics!

This was at about my year and a half time in St. Croix and my desire for change started. St. Croix treated my well and I was able to get ahead financially. (more pics of friends and scenes from my time there) My daughter decided to move back onto a boat and persue financial/carreer goals and my friend Michael called from Hawaii with a Caretaking offer I couldn't refuse. I even had a job teaching yoga before I arrived. Life is Good! I also decided to deepen current passion, Thai Massage, and Join my Thai Massage 'guru' Dvorah Swarsman (www.thaitherapeutics.com) for Study/Retreat in Thailand, January 2009. An adventure of a lifetime for me.

And better yet again, after a cycle of teaching on the Big Island of Hawaii, and a visit fromGlory, who joined me in taking a Thai Massage course at Kalani Retreat, I will be teaching more Yoga and Practicing all I've learned re: Thai Massage here on the Big Island of Hawaii.... At the end of this 2008 year I will have two weeks vaca with my friend Monica on Maui then off the Thailand. (view pics of big island adventures)

I don't really know what's up for April. I will return to Hawaii and see what life offers. I used to think I was looking for a place to 'settle', 'ground' and now I'm just being with what is.... which is movement for now.... I stay with my yoga/meditation practice and trust. PS.... Upon return from Thailand, I spent some time teaching and Thai Stretching on the west coast and then went to Guadalajara Mexico and stayed with a friend, Rodrigo, who I met on the beach in Thailand..... Had a great time meeting great people, Teaching Yoga and offering Irie/Thai Therapy treatments...

July 15 - Oct. 11, 2009 - I was in Costa Rica teaching yoga and Thai Massage. I met great people and I'm sure I will go back with the year to have more fun there.

I have been updating this website from my daughter's computer whenever I can. My computer was ruined when I slipped into the Gulf of Siam and mostly use my iphone. Vision has inspired and supported me in getting the best Macbook pro to help me create my next visions.... more dvd's and an autobiographical novel.... gotta get movin on these ideas. But still gotta update the website from my daughters computer.... so that will happen when it does... when I'm with here as I am now.

Nov. 1, 2009 and I'm visiting the west coast seeing: friends, family and clients before Florida and the Virgin Islands for the winter.

After a long fun and productive winter in the Virgin Islands, I have come to Sebastopol California to deepen my yoga practice and spend some time with my youngest child, etc. I continue to offer Thai Massage and Yoga and have been enjoying some gardening and Russian River time. I will be here through November, enjoying some hippie festivals and California culture. Hope to see many dear friends while I'm on this coast.... we will see what winter will bring. Any Ideas?
